If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ONLINE CrystallineFashions.com order, please return items (via mail) within 21 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the packing invoice, you request a copy e-mailing customer service at  Inquiry@CrystallineFashions.com.

Returns are accepted through the mail (within 21 days of receipt). When returning by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
